Hey, I am Pascale
As a mother of four, my journey into birth education began 15 years ago, and it has profoundly shaped my life. Over the years, I have become a certified birth and postpartum doula, proudly offering my support services in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico. Throughout this fulfilling learning journey, I have realized that preparation is a vital element, no matter the birthing setting you choose.
During my second pregnancy, I discovered Hypnobirthing®, a revelation that transformed my perspective on childbirth. This technique guided me from the trauma of my first birth to experiencing the beauty and joy of subsequent deliveries. Inspired by my own positive transformation, I became a certified Hypnobirthing educator. My mission is to empower others to achieve gentle and comfortable births.
I hold the journey of motherhood close to my heart and truly understand the significance of nurturing support during this precious time. My commitment is to provide you with heartfelt care and guidance throughout your fourth trimester. Together, we will create an environment where you can embrace your new role with warmth and confidence, reassured by the knowledge that you have comprehensive support every step of the way.

I prefer not to think about how my postpartum period would have been without Pascale. It was a challenging time for me, as a first time mom, and Pascale was a breath of fresh and rejuvenating air every time she would come to our house. I was so impressed with how easily my son would allow her to hold and rock him, how easily she seemed to calm him (and even help him sleep) and how the foods she would bring for me always seemed exactly what my body (and soul) needed. I am from the United States and have been living in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico with my husband who is from here. My family was far away, and although my in-laws are amazing and I am so grateful for them, it was still hard to be away from many of my close friends and my family. Pascale cheered me up, cheered me on, and showed me the way for the myriad of questions and doubts that I had. She was always willing to roll up her sleeves and help me figure out whatever needed figuring out. And the food! The importance of having nourishing food in that postpartum period cannot be understated. She had great solutions! I suppose the cherry on top of my review is that Pascale actually inspired me to become a postpartum doula myself, because she showed me the power and significance of what one helpful and well-informed woman can do for another woman during this vulnerable and beautiful time. We need more Pascales in the world! In case it's not clear, I highly recommend her!

She gave the most incredible massages during my labour. Her hands were deeply soothing.
Every time she touched me I felt a total body relaxation and a deep, loving energy from her that immediately put me at ease. Pascale is also a great cook and prepared nutritious and fortifying snacks for my labour and postpartum. The bonus I discovered after my partner and I received our daughter is that she had also taken so many amazing photos that we will treasure forever.
Pascale doesn’t miss a moment, she has her eyes and heart open, ever ready to tend to you with knowledge, heart and sincerity. She is an exceptional doula and the kind of woman you want in your corner when you are going through a profound experience like birth".
